Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order. Please read the information below to understand how our shipping process works.

Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed ( Working Days ).  During busy periods such as sales or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options
We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. At checkout, customers can choose their preferred Royal Mail service based on the speed and level of tracking they require. The available options and prices will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Handling Fee
A small handling fee of 50p is applied to every order. This covers the cost of packaging materials, order verification, and the time involved in carefully preparing each parcel to ensure your items arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Royal Mail delivery estimates apply from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order.

Tracking and Confirmation
If you select a tracked service, a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays
While we always aim to meet our expected delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to postal disruptions, weather conditions, or seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.

Convicted Automotive Show Tickets Policy : 

All ticket sales for our events are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of personal circumstances
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Weather conditions
  • Event line-up changes or modifications

In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the event, ticket holders will be informed of the next steps, which may include rescheduling or credit toward a future event at our discretion.

If you purchase a Display Ticket that has been unlocked and purchased without being Accepted through email to be on display, your ticket will be unlocked invalid and swapped to a General Admission Ticket. Only authorised vehicles can purchase these tickets and are checked off on our list. We monitor these things carefully to make sure we have only the correct vehicles on display.

Tickets remain on sale while available. Customers purchasing tickets after the event has started, or after certain attractions, judging, or activities have finished, acknowledge that they are buying admission to the event in its current state. Refunds will not be issued because part of the event has already taken place or because the customer arrived late.
